What is GestCON CRM?

A CRM centralizes the communications between a company and its customers. It allows assigning, executing, recording and controlling the activities of the commercial, marketing and service departments.

 

GestCoN CRM is a customer relationship management module, integrated into our field or salon sales system.


The design of the system focuses on integrating communication actions with customers in sales, marketing and service workflows in a single platform.


How does GestCON CRM work?


The system relates customers and users (the members of your company) through actions.


The basic contact actions are visits, calls and emails, within the sales, marketing and service workflows.


The GesCON CRM system integrates the actions of these departments, allowing them to be carried out and recorded on mobile or desktop devices, as well as planning and monitoring them through a control panel available to the supervisor of each department.
